Hi Everyone! I am adding this page, which will be updated regularly, with a list of resources that I think are helpful or useful in some way, not just for our mental health, but for our everyday living skills! Life is really hard, so why not try to make things a little easier on yourself if you can?!

I shall be adding links to other therapists or workshops I think could be helpful and I will, eventually, be adding my own relaxations to this page.. so watch for that! In the meantime..


 

Mindfulness for Everyone is a wonderful website and course run by some fantastic guys who I have had the pleasure of working with over the years. They run courses and training on Mindfulness, which I have discussed in depth on a few blog posts- This one was the last one! Based in Swindon, and within easy reach of the town centre. I would highly recommend Mindfulness practice in everyone’s life, and Alex will certainly provide some excellent grounding in this wonderful, and helpful, skill!
